Jade is the best. Easygoing straight shooting guy. Of course hate waiting for manager approvals took forever on their side also they rarely shoot straight. Everyone was nice for what it's worth, I purchased a used vehicle that allegedly passed all the safety inspections according to the used car mechanics. Turns out, the car was sold to me with little to no oil in the engine, which started causing an error message prompting me to shut the engine off immediately because the oil pressure is too low. Nick took the appointment and delegated it to Jade since Nick was not going to be in that day. Jade was ready to meet with us when we got there. He knew which car we wanted to test drive, and pulled up front quickly so we could test drive the vehicle. When we returned from the test drive, we knew we wanted to purchase the vehicle. The purchase process was easy, and quick. Even though we forgot our title that day, my husband was able to bring the title back to Jade after we went home to retrieve it.
